originating from the Marquesas Islands, specifically from the island of Ua Pou in the north of the archipelago.<\/p>\n<p>Made of tou wood (walnut), it has a bird&#8217;s head at one end that emits sounds in the water to attract fish for better fishing.<\/p>\n<p>It is signed by <strong>Pierre Kaiha<\/strong>, a renowned Marquesan artist and master
